How we pay you your money

If you send us your receipts and timesheets correctly in the post by 5:30pm on Tuesday every week, then by Friday of that same week, your money will be in your account. It’s as simple as that!

You can also view your payslips, fill in your expense forms and print them off to send in to us with your receipts or even change your personal details online, all by using the ‘My Account' customer area.  Please register for access to this benefit; it’s FREE and will save you time and effort.

Our FOUR point promise

Backoffice is dedicated to improving our service. As a result we have pledged to deliver a service level backed up by four promises:

  1. We promise to ensure that when you join us that we diligently manage all the transactions relating to your account.
  2. We promise to raise an invoice to the agency or company where you have worked within 24 hours of receipt from 5:30pm on each Tuesday if we have received all your correct timesheets.
  3. We promise to chase any outstanding payments the day they become overdue and will continue to pursue outstanding payments until they are received in full.
  4. We promise to reconcile all the monies in your account on the same day we receive them from your Agency or Client Company.

If we FAIL to deliver on any of these FOUR promises and this results in an incorrect payment being made into your account on payday, we will REFUND the Backoffice fee for that week, no questions asked.
